We understand manufacturing and that real impact is achieved with pre-emptive actions because real-time is often too late.

The key objectives:

To manage all aspects of existing clients subscribed to DataProphet products,  providing support and assisting the client in their use of the product.  To plan, coordinate and execute product or model maintenance, project change requests or any other ongoing technical or commercial support, and to identify and secure expansion projects through critical analysis and engagement with the technical aspects of the project, but also to actively pursue a wider audience within the customer management structure and be the voice of DataProphet front and center in the client’s pursuit of a competitive edge.

The role reports to the CTO.

Interactions with the Project Management & Technical team:

  1. Identify and develop new expansion opportunities within existing customer environments, and develop these opportunities into feasible proposals.
  2. Identify and develop customer evolution roadmaps for existing product installations in collaboration with customer technical and commercial teams.
  3. Working under the Project Management Office, build the customer roadmaps and expansion projects  into specifically planned, timed, and resourced packages to be executed by DataProphet.
  4. Work closely with the Project and Engineering leads to help plan the overall DataProphet technical department workloads and critical milestones.
  5. Work closely with the Customer Success Engineer, and communicate and assist to resolve any issues that impact the serviceability of any of the installed products.
  6. Build relationships with key stakeholders within the customer management structure and act as a contact point for the customer.


  1. A graduate level university degree in a technical or business science discipline.
  2. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build and nurture highly effective working relationships from factory floor to C-suite;
  3. Minimum 8 years of experience using Agile as well as PMBOK / PRINCE project management frameworks;
  4. Experience in contract and account management
  5. Experience working in industrial or manufacturing environments


  1. Experience working with software development teams
  2. Exposure to machine learning or artificial intelligence;
  3. International business experience.
